Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of GoldCrew Midland Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our website and services.

Services Provided

GoldCrew Midland Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, pool decks, and decorative concrete work.

All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with the written estimate or contract agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by GoldCrew Midland Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection and are subject to change if conditions differ from what was initially assessed.

Final pricing may be adjusted if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions such as poor soil quality, hidden utilities, or weather delays. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property until payment is made in full.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials and labor already committed to your project.

Changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties before implementation. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the project has started.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. GoldCrew Midland Concrete provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. The length and terms of the warranty will be specified in your contract.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or conditions beyond our control. To maintain your warranty, you must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided at the completion of your project.

Liability and Insurance

GoldCrew Midland Concrete is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage to protect you and our team during the course of your project.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that are not properly marked or disclosed prior to excavation. It is the property owner's responsibility to have all utilities marked before work begins.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We will make every effort to complete your project within the agreed timeline, but delays due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions are beyond our control and will not be considered a breach of contract. We will communicate with you promptly if weather or other factors affect your project schedule.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
